About Hillside Cooperative Preschool

Hillside Cooperative Preschool was established in October 1977 by Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church as a service for its members and the community.

Hillside Cooperative Preschool is governed by its Council, composed of 3 members of Shepherd of the Hills and five to eight parents of current students. Enrollment is open to all children, regardless of race, color or national ethnic origin. As a cooperative school, parents are expected to work in the classroom on a rotating basis and are also encouraged to help in other ways.
