Chris Baxter, originally from Los Angeles graduated with a B.A. from California State University, Northridge. 

He later received his teacher’s training from Cal State, Los Angeles. Chris also did grad work in education at Concordia University, Irvine California and Wisconsin.

The bulk of his teaching career was as a Lutheran elementary teacher and administrator. 

​He married a Wisconsin gal who was teaching out in California in 1980. Chris and Juli moved to Wisconsin in 1992. They have 3 grown children and 6 grand kids.
