Director of Family Life

Jessica Tibben is a dedicated and passionate ministry leader serving as our Director of Family Life at Shepherd of the Hills, a position she has held since 2019. With a background in ministry that spans nearly a decade, Jessica has devoted her life to nurturing the spiritual growth of youth and families alike, bringing them closer to Jesus. Her enthusiasm for serving others is evident in her commitment to inclusivity, particularly through her work in creating the Special Needs Ministry, where she strives to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their circumstances, feel welcomed and valued in their spiritual journey.

Jessica is a local having grown up in Hortonville, WI and has loved returning to her "roots". She furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley before earning her degree in Lay Ministry/Theology from Concordia University Wisconsin. There, she focused her studies on Youth Ministry, Social Ministry, and Missions, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors in ministry. Since embarking on her journey in 2014, Jessica has worked in various capacities across Iowa and Wisconsin, enriching ;thee lives of those in her communities through her unwavering faith and service.

Jessica is a proud wife to her wonderful husband, Logan Tibben, and a loving mother to their children, Aria and Lincoln. Family plays a central role in Jessica's life, and she cherishes the moments spent together, whether participating in church activities, enjoying outdoor adventures, or simply relxing at home with their beloved fluffy cat, Bentley. Outside of serving Jesus and her love for her family, she enjoys ballroom dancing, sourdough baking, and is an avid audiobook listener!
